Product Introduction
The working principle of the demister: When the flue gas passes through the curved channel of the demister, the liquid droplets entrained in the air flow are separated under the action of inertial force and gravity; the desulfurized flue gas flows through the demister at a certain speed. , the flue gas changes direction of movement rapidly and continuously. Due to the action of centrifugal force and inertia, the mist droplets in the flue gas hit the demister blades and are captured. The mist droplets gather to form a water flow. Due to the action of gravity, they fall to the slurry. In the pool, the purpose of gas-liquid separation is achieved, so that the flue gas flowing through the demister is discharged after meeting the defogging requirements. The defogging efficiency of the demister increases with the increase of air flow speed. This is due to the high flow speed and the large inertial force acting on the mist droplets, which is beneficial.
